The photo contest »MASK 2010« is open to all amateur and professional photographers from
all over the world. This exhibition is open to everyone; however, an entry may be rejected
when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry
does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions. The contest will be conducted under the
rules of FIAP and the Photographic Association of Slovenia. By submitting and confirming
the entry all contest entrants confirm that they are informed about the conditions of the contest
and that they agree with all of them. All entrants must be the owners of the submitted images,
i.e. must possess all rights for the chosen images. All techniques of taking and processing the
images are permitted. By submitting an entry the author agrees and confirms that the
submitted entry is his own and that he permits the organizer of the contest to publish his
images in catalogues, articles, magazines, on websites or other print or digital media related to
the contest without prior agreement of the author or payment to the author for individual
publications of his images.
